Private Café Rental

Host your next gathering at Vagabond Coffeehouse. The coffeehouse is available exclusively for your private event outside of our regular operating hours.

Rental Guidelines

Availability

•The café can only be rented outside of our operating hours
•Weekdays: Available after 2:00 PM (open 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM)
•Weekends: Available after 2:00 PM (open 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
•Wednesdays: Available all day (Vagabond is closed)

Rental Fee

•$50 per hour
•Guests may purchase drinks from the café throughout the event
•A running tab will be maintained and is due at the conclusion of the event

Food & Beverage Policy

•Outside food and beverages are not permitted
•All food and drinks must be purchased through Vagabond Coffeehouse & Catering

Alcohol Service

•Alcohol is permitted when bartending services are booked through Rolling Refreshments
•Rolling Refreshments provides dry hire bartending — the client purchases all alcohol while we provide professional bartenders, mixers, garnishes, cups, ice, and all bar amenities

Space Usage

•The café is rented as-is
•Furniture, retail merchandise, décor, or displays may not be moved without prior approval from Vagabond Coffeehouse
