Rental Guidelines

Info & Restrictions

•Tab vs. Unlimited Coffee Bar: A “tab” service allows guests to order drinks throughout the event, with the total due at the end. A credit card must be kept on file. An “unlimited” service includes all coffee bar drinks in the package price, allowing guests to order as many as they’d like with no payment due at the end.
•Vagabond Catering Budget: Enjoy in-house catering options up to the listed budget in the package. Additional items may be purchased at the listed prices.
•Outside Food: Permitted with prior approval from the venue.
•Additional Rental Time: Extra venue rental hours are available for $75 per hour.
•Booking Requirements: A signed contract and a 50% deposit are required to secure your event date.
•Decorations: Decorations are allowed. No confetti, glitter, or nailing into walls. Command strips, tape, and pushpins allowed.
•Furniture: Furniture and fixtures may be rearranged with prior approval.

Alcohol Restrictions

•Alcohol is permitted with the purchase of a Rolling Refreshments bartending add-on. As a dry-hire bartending service, Rolling Refreshments does not provide alcohol; all beer, wine, liquor, and other alcoholic beverages must be purchased by the client and brought to the event.
•Alcoholic Pouring Service — $25/hour: Service of beer, wine, and pre-canned alcoholic beverages.
•Alcoholic Mixing Service — $75/hour: Bartending service for mixed drinks and cocktails. Rolling Refreshments covers the cost of all mix-ins, juices, and garnishes for your desired menu.
•All alcoholic beverages must be served by Rolling Refreshments bartenders. The applicable bartending fee will be added to your package total.
